The following rules are followed in Blackjack Solitaire. Some Atlantic City casinos offer variations on these rules.
• Dealer must draw to 16 and stand on soft 17.
• Player may double-down on any first two cards.
• Player may only split a hand once.
• Surrender is not offered.
• Single card is given for each hand when Aces are split.
• Blackjack pays 3 to 2.
Strategy
Blackjack Solitaire will automatically inform you of the preferred strategy to use for normal game play. However, if you are actually considering playing live blackjack at any casino, I highly recommend that you educate yourself with a few of the great blackjack books available from professional players. Blackjack Solitaire may not reflect game rules accurately, since they are always being updated.
